Clinton Fire Department Smoke Alarm Program

With the help from the Illinois Fire Marshal’s Office the Clinton Fire Department can provide you with a FREE smoke detector in your home.

All you do is contact fire station at (217) 935-3712, give them your name, address, and phone number and we will deliver you a smoke detector for FREE!

We can provide safety checks in your home, give educated advise for your home safety plan and change your detector batteries.

We periodically check every home in our community annually for working smoke detectors and give awards to random homes that demonstrate fire safety
