Firefighters prepare for the Coronavirus at the local John Warner Hospital in Clinton. The hospital is using the MABAS Division 46 tent as a screening TRIAGE area for patients that have symptoms of the virus.
We are so thankful for the Eagles Club in Clinton, Illinois. Again, they sponsored and hosted a fundraiser for the fire departments in Clinton, Wapella and Kenney and raised $37,000 dollars! We are so thankful for all the support from the kind people in our county and city.
Clinton Fire Department opened their doors for a evening of fun, snacks and information. Firefighters had on display plans for the new fire training facility and fire safety information for the kids.
Over 25 other fire departments were present at the 2019 Clinton Fire Prevention Parade. The kids learned lots from the fire training smoke house. The children also enjoyed getting there face painted, seeing Sparky the dog, dancing to the music and sitting in all of the trucks.
